Barcelona have been busy reshaping their squad this summer under Hansi Flick’s leadership.
The Catalan giants have already brought in Marcus Rashford, Joan Garcia, and Roony Bardghji in a bid to challenge on all fronts next season.
Their transfer strategy is now shifting towards trimming the squad, especially with La Liga registration rules in mind.
Ansu Fati and Pablo Torre have departed, and more exits are expected in the coming days.
With their focus on financial stability and clearing room for new arrivals, the club is accelerating deals involving fringe players.
One of those players is Pau Victor, who is on the verge of completing a move to Portuguese side SC Braga.
The 23-year-old forward has agreed personal terms and is expected to fly to Portugal tomorrow to finalise the switch, as per Ben Jacobs via X.
The deal, worth a total of €15 million including €3 million in add-ons, will be a record transfer for Braga.
Pau Victor joined Barcelona permanently in 2024 after an initial loan spell from Girona with Barca Atletic.
Since becoming a first-team squad member, he has made 29 appearances, scoring twice and assisting once.

However, with the likes of Robert Lewandowski, Ferran Torres, Raphinha, Lamine Yamal, and now Rashford ahead of him, minutes were always going to be hard to come by.
Barcelona believe this sale is a win-win scenario, generating funds while giving the player regular football at a high level.
Rashford’s arrival effectively sealed Victor’s fate at the club, with his chances of consistent playing time all but gone.
This move also gives Braga a versatile attacker with La Liga and European experience at a crucial stage in their growth.
As things stand, all parties are satisfied, and the deal is expected to be completed without delays.
Victor will become the latest name to leave Barcelona in what is shaping up to be a transformative window for the club.
