A host of different players have been linked with a high-profile move to Barcelona ahead of the 2025 summer transfer window.

With it looking like the Blaugrana are prioritising the long-term future of Robert Lewandowski, who turns 37-years-old this summer, many strikers are currently being watched by the club’s scouts.

Newcastle United’s Alexander Isak and RB Leipzig’s Benjamin Sesko are both on Barça’s shortlist next summer.

Another Premier League forward Deco has been in contact with is Aston Villa’s Jhon Duran, who is also a target of PSG.

However, one player who has been linked with a move to the Camp Nou for some time is Sporting’s Viktor Gyokeres.

The Swedish international has been on fire since joining the Portuguese side and with the amount of goals he scores, he would be perfect for nearly every side across Europe.

Due to this, the English outlet Independent are reporting that Man United are ‘hopeful’ of sealing a deal for the 25-year-old next season due to Ruben Amorin’s links with the Portuguese side.

It states that the Red Devils are trying to beat many clubs to his signature, including Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal.

Reports from Portugal claim that Sporting have an agreement to let him leave next summer for around €75million, a fee that might put Barcelona off any potential signing.
