Barcelona have firmly rejected Arsenal’s reported €90 million (£77.5 million) bid for Brazilian winger Raphinha, emphasizing that the player is a vital component of their long-term vision.

According to Fichajes, the Catalan club considers Raphinha “irreplaceable” and values him far higher than Arsenal’s current offer.

Since his arrival at Camp Nou, Raphinha has developed into one of Europe’s most electrifying attackers. This season, the 26-year-old has been in sensational form, registering 12 goals and 10 assists in just 17 appearances.

Much of this success is credited to manager Hansi Flick, whose tactical tweaks have maximized Raphinha’s potential.

Barcelona’s stance is clear: the Brazilian is “a cornerstone” of their future, and any negotiations would require Arsenal to meet or exceed a valuation of at least €100 million (£86 million).

Arsenal’s interest in Raphinha comes as no surprise. The Gunners are eager to secure a marquee signing to strengthen their attack as they aim to compete for the Premier League title and make a significant impact in Europe.

Raphinha’s international pedigree and adaptability make him an ideal fit for Mikel Arteta’s dynamic system.

However, Barcelona’s refusal to sell highlights the difficulties Arsenal face in luring one of Barcelona’s most important talents.
