This deficit was primarily linked to outstanding revenues associated with the financial strategy of Barca Vision.
The club intends to share these financial documents with members for approval during the upcoming Saturday vote.
To ensure members are adequately informed prior to the General Assembly, the Catalan giants have disseminated a 90-page report outlining their financial situation.
The findings include Sergio Agüero’s lawsuit against the club for €3 million in unpaid wages, and Ousmane Dembélé’s representatives also seeking €10 million in owed fees from his 2023 transfer to Paris Saint-Germain.

The 17-year-old is scheduled to transfer to Barcelona in early 2025 and will transition to Barca Atletic upon reaching 18 years of age.
