One potential prospect attracting interest is Joao Pedro Chermont from Santos. According to CaughtOffside, top La Liga teams, as well as multiple Premier League clubs such as Arsenal, Chelsea, and Everton, are monitoring Chermont closely.
Despite being just 18 years old, Chermont has emerged as a significant player for Santos. However, the financial difficulties faced by the club have increased their openness to entertaining offers for him.
The player has a release clause of £58 million (€69 million), but Santos might be willing to negotiate a lower fee for the right offer.
Real Madrid is specifically targeting improvements for their right-back position, which has become a priority after Dani Carvajal’s recent ACL injury.
Chermont is considered a viable long-term option, with Barcelona recognizing his potential to strengthen their squad in that position.
