Hansi Flick has equaled a record he achieved with Bayern Munich by winning his first four games as Barcelona’s coach, as reported by Mundo Deportivo.
In his initial time as manager of Bayern, Flick led the team to success with wins against Olympiacos, Borussia Dortmund, and Fortuna Düsseldorf in the UEFA Champions League, as well as a triumph over Red Star.
In those four games, Robert Lewandowski played a crucial role by scoring seven goals, with a standout performance of scoring four goals against Red Star.
Flick faced challenges in maintaining his winning streak, as Bayern lost to Bayer Leverkusen and Borussia Monchengladbach in the following matches, and Lewandowski was unable to find the back of the net.
Barcelona will be hoping that Flick is able to steer clear of a similar decline and keep guiding the team to victory in the games ahead.
