Sergi Roberto made it official that he will be leaving FC Barcelona, marking a significant change in the club’s captaincy lineup for the upcoming season.
Marc-André ter Stegen will now take over as the primary captain, succeeding Roberto, who held the position last season following the departure of Sergio Busquets and Jordi Alba.
Reports from Mundo Deportivo indicate that Robert Lewandowski is in line to become Barcelona’s fourth captain for the new season.
