FC Barcelona have officially announced their 23-man squad for the upcoming La Liga Matchday 7 clash against Sevilla.
The Catalan side will travel to the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán on Saturday evening, looking to maintain their perfect start to the 2026/27 league campaign.
With six victories from six matches so far, the Blaugrana will be aiming to make it seven consecutive wins before the international break.
In goal, Wojciech Szczesny, Dominik Livakovic and young goalkeeper Iker Rodríguez have been included.
Rodríguez receives his call-up after Joan García was ruled out with a slight knee problem that forced him off at half-time during Barcelona’s recent victory over Racing Santander.
The defensive group features João Cancelo, Alejandro Balde, Pau Cubarsí, Xavi Espart, Andreas Christensen, Gerard Martín, Jules Kounde and Eric García, as per the official Barcelona statement.
Flick has retained a strong mix of experience and youth at the back as Barcelona prepare for what could be a demanding away fixture against Sevilla.
In midfield, Gavi, Fermín López, Pedri, Rodri, Dani Olmo and Marc Bernal have been selected.
The presence of Pedri and Rodri gives Barcelona two of their most important options in the centre of the pitch, while Fermín, Gavi and Olmo provide further attacking and creative possibilities.
The attacking options include Gabriel Jesus, Lamine Yamal, Raphinha, Karim Adeyemi, Anthony Gordon and Hamza Abdelkarim.
Barcelona have made an explosive start to the league season, scoring 28 goals across their opening six matches, and Flick will once again have plenty of attacking quality available to him.
One of the biggest talking points ahead of the game is the absence of Joan García.
The squad announcement sets the stage for another important away test for Flick’s side, with Barcelona aiming to continue their unbeaten start and maintain their position at the top of La Liga.
