Barcelona are reportedly open to hearing offers for Raphinha but are expected to demand a substantial fee to let the winger go during the upcoming transfer window.
The Brazilian has delivered standout performances this season, emerging as one of the team’s most influential players and even entering the conversation for the 2025 Ballon d’Or.
With 30 goals and 23 assists in 50 appearances across all competitions, only Robert Lewandowski has been more prolific in front of goal for Barcelona.
Raphinha’s impact has been especially significant in the Champions League, where he leads the scoring charts with 12 goals.
Currently contracted to the club until June 2027, the 28-year-old has made it clear he intends to stay at Camp Nou.
“I have a few more years on my contract and I plan to fulfil them,” he said recently.
“I have already said many times that signing for Barcelona was a dream and I will do everything possible to stay here for many years.”
Despite his loyalty, reports from Fichajes suggest Barcelona may be forced to consider his sale due to their ongoing financial issues.
The club would reportedly only entertain bids of at least €100 million (£85.8m), with the intention of using the funds to ease economic pressure.
Although Raphinha is open to extending his current deal, the Catalan giants are weighing up the potential benefits of a major sale—believing that a significant windfall could help their financial situation without weakening the squad too much, provided a suitable replacement is secured.
Interest in the forward is growing, with Liverpool and Arsenal both said to be monitoring his situation closely.
Chelsea, who were also in the race to sign him from Leeds United before his 2022 move to Barca, are once again keeping tabs.
Additionally, clubs from the Saudi Pro League—particularly Al-Hilal, who are backed by the Saudi Public Investment Fund—are reportedly prepared to launch a formal bid if they receive any indication that Barcelona might be willing to do business.
