A talented La Masia player has earned interest from several European teams in Germany and England that are looking at a potential move.
With the 18-year-old midfielder currently with Barça Atletic, he faces an uncertain future, especially after the relegation of the team to Segunda RFEF.
He has significant financial offers on the table from many Bundesliga teams and one of the biggest Premier League teams.
However, with the new manager, Hansi Flick, it would appear that he wants to keep the player in Catalonia.
Flick’s approach of utilizing youth in the first-team set-up has already led to the use of youth players and now the player in question could be profoundly in line for the upcoming pre-season tour and the player could use this opportunity to earn a spot in the first team for the upcoming season in Catalonia, with fierce competition in midfield.
The player in question is Noah Darvich, who joined Barcelona from Freiburg back in 2023.
Mundo Deportivo has stated that Stuttgart, Bayer Leverkusen, and Manchester City have expressed interest in the versatile player.
Darvich has not made first-team debuts for Barcelona yet however, Flick included him in match day squads for La Liga matches against Celta Vigo and Valladolid.
It certainly indicates that Flick is encouraged by the talents of the teenager.
If Flick is interested in Darvich, it could be huge, especially considering Darvich has to figure out a tangle through a crowded midfield with stars like Frenkie de Jong.
The pre-season at the club starts July 13, 2023, which is a great opportunity for Darvich to shine, possibly following in the footsteps of La Masia players like Pol Mancheno.
Yet there is no guarantee of playing time, and other suitors are lining up, so Darvich has a big opportunity ahead of him immediately after the U-19 Euros.
