However, there are some players in the squad who are not getting sufficient minutes, and a Premier League club is looking to capitalise on it.

The midfielder in question is Gavi, who reportedly may feel a bit “neglected” amid recent decisions by the coach.
Gavi, who has shown no signs of potentially leaving Barcelona, has attracted interest from Chelsea.
According to Fichajes, Chelsea are ready to offer €60M for Gavi as they look to strengthen their midfield for the upcoming season.
It will be interesting how the club and the player react to a potential “high-money” offer from one of the top clubs in England.
Chelsea have begun talks to prepare an offer to help Gavi put an end to their struggles in the Premier League — however, it seems very unlikely that Gavi, a player groomed by Barcelona and La Masia, will even consider their offer.
