Xavi plans to return to Barcelona in the future

Xavi wants to return to Barcelona in the future ‘to do things right’ reveals former teammate.

Xavi Hernandez was replaced by Hansi Flick as head coach of Barcelona this summer by Joan Laporta.

Flick has had a strong start in leading the Catalan club. Former Barcelona player Javier Saviola mentioned the possibility of Xavi returning to the position in the future.

“We should acknowledge Xavi’s contributions. I have had the opportunity to speak with him in a friendly capacity, and he has disclosed that his journey has been challenging.

He performed admirably. The absence of titles may leave one feeling unaccomplished. Numerous burgeoning talents in the sport were developed under his mentorship.

I wish him success in his future endeavors and hopefully he can return to Barcelona and do things well. This is what he wants.”

Saviola previously coached Barcelona’s youth team, collaborating with talented player Lamine Yamal.
