FC Barcelona have officially unveiled their 22-man squad for the season-opening La Liga fixture against Athletic Club.

Headlining the official selection is marquee summer signing Rodri, who earns his first matchday inclusion and is positioned to make his debut before the home crowd.
Meanwhile, Alejandro Balde makes his formal return to the squad after being left out of the opening fixture, following confirmation that he will remain in Catalonia.
Young defender Álvaro Cortés has been left out due to an impending transfer exit, while academy talents Brian Fariñas, Hamza Abdelkarim, Eder Aller, and newly registered defender Xavi Espart round out the selection.
