La Liga Chief Talks on Duo’s Potential Return

Over the past few years, there has been conjecture that both players may return to Catalunya for a ‘Last Dance’ with the Catalan giants.

Tebas has been asked about the likelihood of both stars donning the Blaugrana again, and he believes Messi may return but not Neymar.

Javier Tebas told Give Me Sport, I think Messi wants to return to Barcelona. “He spent a lot of years there. Messi will likely return. “Maybe as a [player], but I see him returning in another capacity. Messi and Barcelona go hand in hand. His brand and Barcelona’s Barcelona’s are the same in many ways. He is in love with the club. “Neymar is “a different story. I don’t think he will ever return to Barcelona. I am quite sure of that.”

It remains to be seen whether the Spanish club will be able to generate enough financial capacity to have both players make a return to their side this summer or if the fans will have to wait longer.
