Chelsea captain has offered himself to Barcelona

Chelsea CAPTAIN offers himself to Barcelona for the upcoming transfer window, per recent reports.

Reportedly, Chelsea captain Reece James has shown interest in potentially transferring to Barcelona or Benfica due to ongoing injury issues.

As per FootballTransfers, the player’s representative is currently investigating opportunities with both teams. The suggestion of moving to a warmer climate has been proposed as a possible solution to help with his persistent muscle problems.

The English player has not played for Chelsea this season due to a hamstring injury sustained over the summer.

Last year, he made just 11 appearances, facing setbacks from numerous injuries. James, a Chelsea academy graduate, is under contract at Stamford Bridge until 2028 but has sat out of over 100 games due to hamstring, knee, and muscle injuries in recent years.

Although he is anticipated to return to first-team training this month, it may require additional time before he is ready to compete for Enzo Maresca’s team, which is set to challenge Liverpool on October 20.
