It looks like Jorge Cuenca is on the verge of making a move from Villarreal to join Fulham. The 24-year-old defender is reportedly set to sign a five-year contract with the team.
According to well-known Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, Jorge Cuenca is all set to become the newest member of Fulham’s first-team squad.
The two clubs have come to an agreement for the transfer of the defender, with Cuenca committing to a five-year deal with the West London club.
In addition, reports suggest that Barcelona will receive 20 percent of the transfer fee. Fulham is expected to shell out €8 million, including add-ons, to bring the Spanish defender to the Premier League following his spell in La Liga.
