It is less than a year after Vitor Roque was loaned to Real Betis Balompie after an agreement was reached with FC Barcelona until June 30, 2025, with the option of another year.

It remains doubtful whether Roque will be able to see out the remainder of the season in the green-and-whites jersey after it appears he has fallen off the rank.

Vitor Roque, who appeared to have found his former self at Athletico Paranaense at Real Betis in the early phase of the new season, is no longer an option for Manuel Pellegrini’s side.

Journalist Joaquim Piera has reported the plan for Palmerias to go for the Brazilian wonderkid before the end of the Brazil transfer window on February 28.

In 30 appearances in all competitions, Vitor Roque has managed to score seven goals, and his place appears to be threatened after Betis bolstered their attacking option with the transfer of Anthony this winter window.

It remains to be seen if Betis would be willing to terminate Vitor Roque’s loan without any extra fees so the deal with Palmerias can be feasible.
