Barcelona endured another frustrating evening on Saturday, failing to secure a win for the second consecutive La Liga match.
Despite holding a 2-0 advantage until the 84th minute, the Catalans were forced to settle for a 2-2 draw against Celta Vigo at Balaídos, leaving head coach Hansi Flick visibly frustrated.
Jules Koundé played a key role in Celta’s first goal due to a costly mistake, later taking accountability for his part in the late-game collapse.
However, Flick was quick to dismiss the idea of singling out any one player for blame. Speaking to the press (via Sport), he remarked:
“We win and lose together as a team.”
Despite the setback, reports suggest Flick remains fully confident in Koundé, considering the Frenchman an essential part of his squad.
Barcelona must recover swiftly from Saturday’s disappointment, with a Champions League clash against Stade Brestois looming midweek at the Estadi Olímpic.
