The sporting department, led by Deco for Barcelona, has been busy this week with the situation regarding Victor Roque.

Barcelona have received a permanent transfer bid for the youngster. However, the club received a 48-hour notice to respond to the bid.

Victor Roque had the potential to become a superstar at Barcelona. However, the player has not managed to cope with the technicality of the club since arriving from Athletico Paranaense in January 2024.

Barcelona Receives Roque’s €25m Bid

Currently on loan at Real Betis, the youngster has appeared to have made a bright start at Los Verdiblancos. However, the youngster looked to be having an issue finding a place in the starting XI.

Victor Roque has struggled in recent months and now stands as the third-choice striker behind Cucho Hernandez and Cedric Bakambu.

On a European night on Thursday, Victor Roque’s disappointment continued as he was sent off against KAA Gent in the UEFA Conference League.

Despite this, Palmeiras are working tirelessly to bring the youngster back to Brazil, where he had his name known.

According to Sport, Barcelona has received a final offer for the 19-year-old, which is worth €25 million, and as part of this, Barcelona would retain a 20% sell-on clause.
