During today’s pre-match press conference, Barcelona German coach Hans-Dieter “Hansi” Flick, as per Mundo Deportivo, praised the team’s mentality.

In the press conference, Flick says, “I have the feeling that the team wants to show how good it is. It’s very good for a coach; it’s what you want to see. They want to train and improve. They have confidence, and that comes from training and matches. Every day, we want to improve and be better. We have to continue like this.”

Barcelona is having a spectacular season and a good start to the year, having won their last 11 games in all competitions, notably their clash against the arch-rival in the Super Copa Final, which they won 5-2.

Flick did not fail to talk about the 18-year-old sensational defender who recently signed a five-year contract to keep him in the club until 2030.

The Spanish Giant hopes to continue their good form against Rayo Vallecano at the Estadi Olimpic Lluis Companys tomorrow.

In what happens to be a title-defining game against Rayo, Barcelona’s mentality would play a vital role in sharpening the remainder of the season.
