Barcelona suffered losses in all three Clasicos against Real Madrid last season, with Madrid claiming a 4-1 victory in the Supercup and securing the league title.

Despite the excitement surrounding Madrid following a successful season and acquisitions such as Kylian Mbappe and Endrick, Barcelona is currently leading LaLiga after the October international break.

Under new management by Hansi Flick, Barcelona has built a potent offensive lineup, highlighted by prolific scoring from Robert Lewandowski and strong performances from Raphinha and Lamine Yamal.

Dani Olmo, the controversial €55 million acquisition, has appeared in just three games, scoring in each.

After sustaining a muscle injury, Olmo has been out of action since the 4-1 win against Girona on September 15.

As Barcelona gears up for important fixtures against Bayern Munich and Sevilla, they are focused on ensuring Olmo’s fitness for the critical El Clasico on October 26, acknowledging his ability to impact the game.
