Barcelona’s head coach, Hansi Flick, is of the opinion that his team is in dire need of bolstering the full-back positions.

According to a report from Diario Sport, recent updates in Catalonia have shown concerns from Flick.

Despite Barcelona’s strong performance at the beginning of the season, leading La Liga with eight wins out of nine matches, Flick has noted a lack of depth in the team’s full-back choices.

The right-back role is of particular importance, leading Deco and his staff to start evaluating potential new recruits.

Flick is seeking to improve the left side of his defense by adding a player with a skill set that differs from Alejandro Balde and Gerard Martín.
