Let’s begin:

1) Nico Williams: By far the most talked about signing related to Barcelona and the most anticipated one as well by us fans. There was a lot of optimism, but that has been put on hold after reports last night said that the club has denied reaching an agreement with the player on personal terms.

So what’s going on now? As of right now, the club is still working on his signing and remain optimistic, in fact, they are ready to pay his release clause as soon as he gives the green light, however, PSG’s appearance has build up a little caution at the club as they’re ready to offer a lot of money to sign him.

Only time will tell whether Nico will join Barcelona, but right now, there are still reasons to stay optimistic.

Likelihood: 7/10

2) Dani Olmo: Barcelona’s second priority is Dani Olmo, with meetings held with his agents in recent days. There has been reports that the club has agreed personal terms with him, but it has not been confirmed.

The problem is that RB Leipzig want at least €60-65M for him and have rejected FC Barcelona’s first offer already. However, the club remains optimistic and are pushing to sign him along with Nico Williams.

Likelihood: 8/10

3) Other Targets: The club is not focusing on other targets like Mikel Merino or any other DMFs, because the focus is to sign the aforementioned two signings.

Let’s hope that Nico can decide to be a blaugrana and link-up with Lamine Yamal at the New Camp Nou! We’ll see you tomorrow.
