Mason Greenwood’s impressive form at Marseille has reportedly drawn the attention of Real Madrid and Barcelona, with both clubs keeping a close eye on his progress.

The 22-year-old forward joined Marseille permanently this summer for a fee of £26.6 million (€31.6m/$33.6m) after a loan stint at Getafe last season and Manchester United’s decision to part ways with him.

In Ligue 1, Greenwood has been exceptional, netting nine goals and providing two assists in just 13 appearances, making him one of the league’s standout performers. Only PSG’s Bradley Barcola has scored more.

According to TBRFootball, Real Madrid and Barcelona have rekindled their interest in Greenwood, which began during his time in Spain.

Both clubs, along with Atletico Madrid, are expected to track his development into 2025 as his value continues to rise—a situation that could benefit United, who inserted a sell-on clause in the deal.
