Chelsea considering €65 million move for Barcelona centre-back.

Chelsea is said to be targeting 25-year-old French player Jules Kounde from FC Barcelona.
As per reports from Fichajes, the London team is getting ready to make a bid of €65 million in order to sign the adaptable defender. Chelsea is competing with Liverpool, but Kounde could strengthen their defense.
This is particularly important as Axel Disasi and Benoit Badiashile, who are possibly leaving, have been struggling defensively.
By adding Kounde, Chelsea could secure a reliable long-term defensive option as he reaches his peak performance years.
Recognized for his adaptability, Kounde is capable of performing in both central defense and right-back positions. This flexibility could provide an advantage for the Blues.
On the other hand, Barcelona may be contemplating selling Kounde due to their continuous financial difficulties.
A tempting offer of €65 million could potentially sway their decision. While Kounde is important, he is not considered indispensable in their team.
