Fabián Ruiz, a midfielder for Paris Saint-Germain, is having a notable influence on the Spanish national team.
After impressing at UEFA Euro 2024, Ruiz has carried his impressive form into the UEFA Nations League. Despite being a key player for Spain, Ruiz has not secured a permanent starting position at PSG.
As a result, two of Spain’s premier clubs are potentially exploring the option of acquiring him.
According to reports from Diario SPORT, Barcelona is said to have an interest in securing Ruiz’s services, potentially through a swap deal involving Frenkie De Jong.
Barcelona’s interest comes in the wake of speculation that Real Madrid is also considering a bid for the Euro 2024 champion.
