Barcelona intends to sign a new left winger before the transfer window closes on Friday. Their first choice right now is Federico Chiesa, and they anticipate making an offer to Juventus shortly.
However, Chiesa is not the only applicant being considered. Kingsley Coman, who is available from Bayern Munich for a loan move in the last days of the summer transfer window, was also linked to Barcelona earlier this month.
Coman is a player Hansi Flick would like to sign; the two used to collaborate in Bavaria.
Barcelona is still interested in the French winger, according to Fabrizio Romano in The Daily Briefing, although a possible deal would be complicated by his price.
It is probable that Barcelona will acquire a new left winger, even with Flick’s desire to stay with Fati.
