Almeria have officially signed a top Barcelona star, aiming to enhance their competitiveness for the upcoming season.

Having joined La Masia in 2018, the highly regarded shot-stopper spent last season gaining competitive experience on loan at Andorra before returning to participate in pre-season training under Flick.
However, despite impressing during summer exhibition matches—including saving two penalties in a pre-season shootout—Yaakobishvili prioritized finding guaranteed first-team minutes over serving as a backup option in Catalonia.
The young Hungarian has already arrived in Andalusia, where he was spotted watching Almería’s convincing 3-0 victory over Eldense from the directors’ box ahead of his official integration into the squad.
For FC Barcelona, the loan structure allows one of their most promising goalkeeping assets to continue his rapid development in a high-stakes competitive environment.
